Midwest Properties of Michigan was founded in 2003 by Tom Kuiper, Ed Hood and Don Lamoreaux.  It was founded with the aspiration to provide superb services to real estate buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants by affiliating with experienced and highly professional Realtors.

Starting in 2003 with only the 3 owners, Midwest Properties of Michigan has grown through recruiting and merger/acquisition.  About 100 Realtors now find the combination of great services, excellent compensation, advanced technology and highly skilled office staff to their liking.  These attributes have helped make Midwest Properties of Michigan one of the 5 largest Real Estate Companies in the greater Grand Rapids area.
