I have acquired the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), the GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute), the e-Pro designation (educational program to equip agents to use technology as a service to their clients), and the SFR designation (Short-sale and Foreclosure Resource). I graduated Washburn University with an Associate of Arts Degree in Interior Design Technology and from Northwood University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. I was accepted into the Master’s Degree program in Adult Education at Grand Valley State University but have not completed the degree to date.
I have been a full-time Realtor for ten + years. I am an experienced Associate Broker who has served buyers and sellers of the residential real estate in a geographically expansive Midwest Michigan region. I have experience in the rental and short-term rental market, ready to help those with temporary housing needs. I have acquired skills needed to serve those interested in holding real estate in their self-directed IRAs. My company has appointed me the Relocation Department Director due to my creation of an affinity program uniting locally owned businesses that offer one-stop relocation and existing employee perks. This is a definite advantage to my buyer and seller clients who are welcome to use a wide array of discounted services and products before, during, and after a move. In 2006 I launched the Broker Agent trade magazine with a circulation of approximately 5000 Realtors from Kalamazoo to Lansing, to Grand Rapids, to Big Rapids, and west to the Lakeshore which facilitated my experience with The Perfect-Fit Agent referral program available throughout a very large portion of mid-west Michigan.
