We Are the Good Guys!
Nancy earned her real estate sales license in 1993, after spending 10-years as a corporate accountant. Although Nancy had advanced in her accounting career to her aspired level of “consultant”, she found that her Happiness Quotient was close to zero. When she closed her first sale in the summer of 1993, saw the joy it brought to her clients, and felt the satisfaction of a complex job well done, she knew she had found her “dream job” and never looked back.
Testimonials from prior clients reflect Nancy’s dedication to exceptional service throughout the entire selling and buying process. She exhibits a thorough knowledge of the market, has extreme patience, excellent follow-through skills, and her attention to detail is 2nd to none. Nancy’s experience in this industry has allowed her to knowingly advise her clients when problems (or potential problems) arise, and she consistently exceeds her client’s expectations. She is honest, forthright with her opinion, on time, and very reliable.
Nancy grew-up in the Wyoming Park/Grandville area, and has spent most of her life in west-Michigan. For the last 18 years she has lived in rural northeast Kent County on 10 acres, on a small lake. She shares this idyllic spot with her dog and 20 (or so) laying hens. She enjoys birding, hiking, fishing, home renovation, and gardening in her spare time.
Selling and buying a home are usually the most expensive and complicated transactions most people encounter in their lifetimes. Shouldn’t you hire an expert?
